Suggested store for italian product
A lot of my clients asked where I buy good italian product and my response is: you have to travel for good italian food, for each product or ingredients you have to go to different store, particularly for the meat, make sure your relationship with your butcher is the same of your Hairdresser, so you can get special order or cut or he wan't give you old meat, don't usually trust big store butcher shop since they hired incompetent people or highschool student most of the time(it made want to give them a T-Bone in their head, porca miseria!)
Start with this and there is more to come and more suggestion how to buy italian and not italian food.......viva!
