I can cook from a small to a large number of people depending on the event.
My main role is to take care of all the cooking part using the equipment you have in your kitchen and using some of mine if it needed too, so don't be offended to have an appetizers on your kids plates, I use everything I have in my cooking area. My Zia Rosa always tought me: when you're cooking use what you have because we have more than what we think!
My main concept is serving food casually "Family style" where you can share and try different varieties of food, just like in italy, using the freshest and best italian ingredients I can find, from the olive oil to the best italian flour for my bread.
I will adapt myself to yuor needs for each kind of event, so we'll have a menu that will please everyone keeping authentic.
